Game is a great mix of a lot of different elements from survival games!
As for the people complaining about data collection. Literally every single Online game is collecting your data. People screaming to the top of their lungs about IP address and location data do not know how online games work. If you dont link you social media account and you dont live in a country that requires you ID like china then it doesnt matter.

This game deserves way more attention than it currently has!
Im not sure if the Tournament was bots or other players but if had an actual matchmaking system it would do very well!

I really liked this game in the beginning the progression felt steady and satisfying. However there are to many progression items tied behind RNG which if unlucky will completely lock you out. There was an item i needed a few of that was a rare drop off of bosses and enemies. After two hours i got 1 and i needed about 9 more. The problem with this is all progression is tied behind quest progress so if you cant move forward you will not get stronger. There are recipes to make the item i needed however that boss was level 46 and i was 29-32 max. So i was stuck. I tried multiples to try to get some other powers to help me but it was clear that my gear could not make it. Thus i was locked out of progressing unless i wanted to farm for hours more and that is not worth it for me.

Some of the best times i ever had was because of this game. Just keep your head on straight we have to work together to stop this meteorite.

I wont lie. I very much enjoyed this game at one point but i can no longer support a game on my platform when the developer makes the statements he has made over the past year.

To degrading women and men who create only fans and pornography content and their most recent debacle of going on a tirade against anyone who wears a mask in a grocery store. Its pathetic. Whatever your beliefs are is your own prerogative but when you interject this into your patch notes its unacceptable. I suggest therapy. Sincerely I hope you get better.

It has you in the first half however the story really falters in the end. They state the same story things over and over as if they were not already heavily implied and can be figured out by the player easily. Sometimes acting as if you forgot what they talked about two convo ago.
Playing on hard the game often was not a challenge in any way when the 6 mini bosses before the end of the game are harder than the actual boss which was ten levels higher than me. If you level at all and wear the right damage reduction gear there is no really difficulty up.
The voice acting felt unnatural in many ways as it was too fluid and felt like a turn based converstaion. The character development was extremely slow and then all the characters pretty much developed at the same time quickly. I did not like this.

The voices in combat and in cutscenes where tied to the same volume bar which was annoying since in game shouting can get wary in long fights. Consumables are to damn expensive in the beginning of the game but laughable low prices late game.

The narrator of this game was a terrible choice. He is much like the Stanely Parable narrator but it just does not fit the game. Sometimes the writing ends up telling you the same thing three times over or acts like you know something but then actually introduces it in the next few dialogue choices making it feel very disjointed. None of the NPCs are voiced so the narrator translates for you which i think was a poor choice since the narrator already didnt fit and why would i not understand my own races language?

The combat is okay but i looked through the menus to see what i would unlocked and it all pretty basic. For someone who focuses on Psi abilities there was only 6 more powers after my first buy and would only acquire three of them passed on my aura choices. Meaning the systems that did exist were really shallow. It ends up being a farcry outpost capture/BoTW four boss take down with really simple mechanics and a bad story.

Very emotional and thought out game. Has high replayablity value as well with all the different choices you have. If you like story rich games you'll love this. Just dont blink till its over.

The voice acting in this game is so good i came. Also has massive replayability.

For Some reason it still very demanding on my GPU for a game that shouldn't be very GPU demanding to the point where my GPU is reaching Critical Heat Levels. More demanding GPU games have no problem. Checked again for the most recent update for 9/27/2020.

Would have loved to post this in discussions instead of reviews but for whatever reason their discussion forums are not open. The game crashes my PC if i alt tab to click on a link if im in full screen.
