An absolutely solid VTT solution for your games. Particularly, the integration of premade maps which can be downloaded is quite useful. Furthermore, I never had an issue with importing maps at an incorrect scale. Donjon's Dungeon Generator maps worked quite well, as did custom maps I made with mipui. Even an absurdly large 1000x1000 map I made for Astral Plane nonsense worked without a hitch.

I've run games with Foundry and MapTool, and this is easier to implement than either one. Like dead simple - you could probably spin up a whole campaign in a day, sole encounters in less than an hour, and with the aforementioned premade maps, even on-the-fly during a session.

The only downside I experienced was the limitations on tokens; it seems rather odd that I can't reference as many tokens as I like or at any time, but 20 (if I remember correctly, it's been a bit since I switched from digital back to physical dry erase marker mats at my party's request) is usually more than enough for one session.

I never used the remote aspect of this VTT, so I can't comment on that; I ran it on a TV and had players point out their movements.

I should also note, this runs well on the Steam Deck: it may not be verified, but it runs perfectly well in desktop mode.

Game requires invasive Microsoft account. I played one mission and then shut down for the night. The next day, I come back to find that my account is locked and they demanded my phone number to unlock it. I just wanted to play the campaigns so I suppose I'll sail on.

Just the base game, so far; and it has been sublime.

Firewatch was an awesome experience. I mean 'awesome' in the actual definition of the word, go look it up. Hike around, navigate with a map and compass, and discover what lies deep within the Soshone. Be sure to look at everything, too. There are some interesting and funny moments, which can affect later choices. This game is super-charged with emotion, and you'll probably end up crying.... one tear. You'll probably only play through the game once, though.

Early Access Review
Don't build a fire.
Don't eat anything.
Don't build a tree house.
Don't fight naked tribals bent on eating you.
Don't explore.
Don't go into the caves.
Don't have fun.

You will lose all of your souls.... over and over again....

This game is as hard or easy as you want to make it. It's entirely dependent on your ability to strategize and adapt while resisting the urge to throw your controller through the floor. If you want a game which seems to have a malevolent spirit possessing it, causing some of the most convoluted deaths possible... this is for you.

Oh and deep rpg system, epic boss battles, amazingly deep lore, as many weapon choices as you can shake your stick at. Magic? Yes. Arrows? Sure; big ass great arrows, too. Running around with a demon sphincter on your head? Why the hell not!?

I'll mention the lore again; Dark Souls lore is some of the most amazing dark fantasy ever written. It isn't ever explained, you have to talk to every NPC, read every item description, and infer based on the world. There's a whole industry of YouTube creators putting out new and interesting lore content every day.

9/10 - Because I've never given a 10.
