Best game on the go doesn't do this game justice. This game has spawned its own genre and I feel like that clearly justifies it to receive the most innovative gameplay award. Especially with how much it's been picked up and played. Its just a damn good game, with a damn good price point and the Dev deserves every last cent of it and more.

I know that most people are complaining about the micros. I also think that maybe they aren't really getting down to the point of it really. I understand that this is a free to play title. I understand that the devs need to pay the bills, feed their families, ect. I do not begrudge them for selling cosmetics, while leaving the game play MOSTLY unaffected by how much money you put in.

Its a matter of value.

10 USD for, a single outfit. Are you serious?!

25 USD to unlock the nude option, 25 USD to unlock a single "cheat code"(Honestly why do they call them cheat codes? they are just more appearance options). What the actual ♥♥♥♥?

A monthly subscription option.... for a single player game.... why? Just why? So you can chat with other horny people? I don't get why this would merit a subscription option.

I honestly feel like maybe the lead dev is from EA or something, because the monetization is atrocious

There are better options.

In it's current form I can't recommend.

If they decide to change the amount of store credit you get for the amount of money you pay, it MIGHT be more worth your time and money but as it is currently, nah man.

You get to beat up a LOT of dead Greeks.

Hell of a fun game, and is great to just log in and shoot some stuff. It is a bit grindy, for sure. But if you do it right it doesn't feel like it. Just don't be afraid to change your focus if you are feeling it dragging on. Also most everyone is helpful or at the very least, not jerks.

There isn't much for competitive players to cut their teeth into with a lackluster pvp mode, but if that isn't a huge thing then this game is great for shooter fans.

Seems better now. Pretty nice to just chill out to really.

Pedigree aside, You play in this game as an insuence adjuster, whom just so happens to get something any Insurance Adjuster would deam of having, a watch that allows you to see and hear the last moments of someones life before they became a corpse. This however doesn't mean it's easy, as only a few names are ever just spelled out, and some are never even mentioned.

Or you could just blame it all on the Captian.

I just don't get this... game... if you can really call it that. Ehh I can see why some people might like or even love it, but there is just.. nothing to do but walk around.

First things first, yes this game has a TON of DLC, I know. However none of it is really nessisary to enjoy this game and this is by far one on my favorite games. It's just.. so damn engrosing to just pick some random duke in the middle of europe and just try and make due with all you can and even try to grow your power. There will be unexpected pitfall to all of your plans and some times they can utterly ruin you, and that is just part of the beauty of it. I many systems in it but none of them really clash or detract from the experiance(any longer, we wont talk about the old technolgy system because that's in the past).

Now if you are looking at the DLC and are interested I recommend The Old Gods and The Rebublic for sure. The other expansion DLCs (Sword of Islam, Charlmane, Sons of Abraham, and Raja's of India) are good too, but those two I find I use the most. The ruler designer can be interesting but you have to be careful that you dont make your perfect ruler except that he is 50 years old and then ends up dieing a year in and you still have no children to speek of. The other DLC are simply visual and I only say get them if you really really dig this game (at least they are cheep).

I love this game and it is a blast and recommend it dispite the issues. Those issues though... The main proplem is that even with the highest setting, the sensitivity just isn't enough, especially for a game that requires you to move the mouse constantly in circular motions. It can become very fatigeing after a bit of play. Also some of the sections and ememies in the latter stages of the game are tedeious and agrivating when you factor in the main issue. Still, over all its a fun game despite this.
