Love the abilities! They are super fun to use and fight with the game just need more people to play, highly recommend trying it out.

Islanders is very simple but becomes very strategic the longer you go through a single run of it. The first few islands are very easy to play through and maximize your points on but as the islands grow in size strategy becomes very important as you have to think about all of the buildings you could place and how to synergize as best as possible.

I think this game improves on the civ 5 mechanics, one of my favorite things how each district and wonder takes up a tile making it much more important to plan out where you are going to put everything.

This game is just is just a really bad version of Monopoly the worst part is the mechanic where if you have enough money and land on someone else's property you can just buy it off them for a fixed amount of money and they can't say no to you, you just get the land.
