I couldn't get the game to work and decided to request a refund.

UPlay took a while to download after I thought I already downloaded everything (the game itself).

It asked for a CD key which I couldn't find in Steam. I had to verify game files and restart Steam and then the CD key option showed up.

I started the game and got a black screen. After restarting it, I had to make a 3rd account (Steam + UPlay + Anno 2070). None of which remember the password (Steam has the option but it rarely works).

Now Anno sits there "logging in" for like 5 minutes and then says the connection was lost. I've tried it over and over. My internet definitely works fine.

I also bought Anno 2205 because they were both on sale, I really hope that works better...
