Like many others, anxiety and depression have been a struggle for most of my life. My sibling saw this game on my wishlist and, unbeknownst to me, bought it for me during the autumn sale. My gratitude is immense. At first sight, the visuals alone blew me away and gave me hope for stress ease, and after the initial struggle and confusion with some unclear instructions and direction, the gameplay became immediately healing. You control your own world, you are free to plant, explore, generate life... the world moves without you, but you are the root of the creation. Winds & Leaves allows you to escape your world for a little while and get lost exploring as well as creating a new one -- you heal the world, and the world acts as your lifeline in return. I would highly recommend this to anyone stressed, overworked, or in need of a break or some serenity in their lives.

To summarize this game in a couple sentences, I'd say it's rather short, simple yet fun, and it made me realise how crummy my aim is. Very cute, very pleasing. I'd recommend it as a time-waster for sure, a single dollar investment isn't bad for the gameplay.

Very cute game, uplifting, friendly, and pleasing. The gameplay on pc is tremendously horrible, very slow and unsatisfying, hard to progress on the story, nursery, and on friendship levels with various birds without exploiting glitches. The mini-games do not make up for tedious gameplay, rather they are thin distractions to keep you busy while you wait which only prove successful for around 5 minutes. Do not buy this game, play it for free on mobile, it isn't worth investing money in.

Early Access Review
This game is awfully peaceful and just a delight to play. It's a nice calming take to a survival game and I love the pixel art of the game. I've spent many hours on this game just to relax and enjoy myself. This game is very good for it's price, and is lovely to play any time of the year.

This game is extremely unstable. I bought four copies of this and the steam release was the only one that didn't crash on startup, however all other copies started to crash after making more than one account. The game itself is boring and uneventful; character speed is cripplingly slow and the gameplay is repetitive. You travel around two islands which inhabit various creatures that to tame and train, but the training takes eons and is incredibly boring, about as boring as completing every mission. Despite the slow pace, it took me only about 2 days to 100% complete the game, so it isn't necessarily long. Regardless, I would not recommend this game even for a short play.

The game itself is a bit laggy and it doesn't exactly fit the screen, making difficult to change the dimensions in the menu, nothing too bad, but what really makes this game unbearable is crashes. I could not finish a single round without the game crashing on me. The crashing is already infuriating, it doesn't help that this game needs to be played through Uplay, a Ubisoft launcher similar to steam or discord, except it sucks, doesn't connect well, and is reliant for some of the game mechanics as well as connecting to the game servers to host or join others. It took me and my friend 10 minutes to set up the unnecessary Uplay account, just to find out that the game was crap and that all our effort was for not. Save yourself and don't buy this, even if it is cheap.

Originally, this game functioned as a sort of "screw your friends over" board game, but I love how it has evolved, from characters being more chaotic to the increased number of game modes. That being said, it's hard to recommend it in its current state as there have been very few new events the past few years - most events are reruns - and that the DLC is getting crappier and cheaper. That being said, the foundation of the game still holds, and is fun for what its worth.

This is amazingly boring, even for a clicker game (I usually have fun with these) it's the same thing over and over and unlike other clicker games, it feels like you've obtained or achived nothing. I get the appeal but I can't agree with it

This game is very close to a flash game called Bloxorz, except the same objective is met in a different way. The game is very simple but gets more challenging as the levels progress - as would be expected. However, they're all still insanely easy, maybe you'll have a bit of trouble and mess up a few times but it's still pretty easy - with the exception of the last level in which I raged on for at least 40 minutes. This game is not very fun but it's an alright pass time

I got this on sale as a joke, and holy crap it's bad. You can't edit your own expressions or poses, and the presets are terrible, possibly because you can only choose between like 5 different things. It's hard to get what you want across and the backgrounds aren't 3d so they're always at an angle that you have to get your characters in or it looks weird or like an unfinished visual novel with weird, robotic, steryotipical-looking, anime characters. I wasted 1 hour 6 minutes or something making a joke comic on this and probably the only good thing about this is that it can fade the pixels of the character models to make it kinda have a realistic feel, like if you actually made the characters on a paint program on the pc. Other than that, the program was a good idea, but kinda lacked execution. MMD has models a lot like this and you can edit their expressions, poses, and you can make your own if you have experience in PMX Editor and Blender, as well as it's free. It's more tedious to do it on there but I think it would be more personalized and it would get what you were trying to achieve across better.
