Very enjoyable game.
I really enjoyed the puzzle mechanic, very interesting concept, I only wish they had taken it further. I wanted to be quizzed on more parts of their personal life, and possibly see their gray visage become more detailed over time, but the gray character drawings were done in an artistically androgynous style so it wasn't a negative.
Story line was fantastic, you don't get a deep look into their lives, only a few moments in each year, but the relationship was very well written and voice acted. Looked forward to and dreaded each story progression.

could not bring myself to do the "bad" ending

One of the most creative ideas, and executed fantastically. Wonderfully constructed world. I find myself playing it not just for the gameplay but also just to see what's next with the writing and narrative.

An extremely accurate, if not the most accurate virtual rendition of Stephen King's Children of The Corn. I feel like he's in the room inhaling substances right next to me every time I boot up the game!

I was wondering why this had such stellar reviews, and after 1 minute of playing I understood. Hands down one of the most enjoyable movement systems I have ever seen in a game. The environments, the story, and the objectives are all fantastic, and it feels amazing to launch around each level. My only complaint is that I want MORE, I want a sequel ASAP. One of the best $7 I've ever spent.

Click all over the place and still somehow miss the one thing I would need for the good ending. Walk outside of the room and can't go back in. Cool, glad I saved over an hour ago and the autosave activates after you step outside. Sadly no happy ending since the main character has an aversion to walking through open doorways.

The gameplay is fantastic and is incredibly fun if you like propability. Visuals are relaxing and minimalist. The soundtrack is borderline hypnotic with the way it loops and modifies depending on the where you are in the game.

Also the game takes up only 62.1 mb and runs perfectly on my laptop that can barely run Slay The Spire if that's any indication of how little it takes to run this game.

Something about the visuals and music is bringing back some serious nostalgia for early 2000s pixel java games.

If you liked Scorn but had doubts about playing it with your family, this is a perfect alternative. A weird dystopian alien world where you play the part of something that was left behind trying to piece together what exactly happened to have leave you here alone.
