The idea of the game is good, but the execution is horrible. I can list good things about the game but comparing to the negatives those goods are not an achievement.

Very poor performance on mid budget pc's even since from launch.
Almost none love from the developers. Only so little was added to the game since it's first relase which made a lot of people lost interest in the game and it has impacted the numbers by a lot.
PvE is fun even with the godlike reflexed 1 tapping bots that struggle dying sometimes, tanking a full mag to the body and head.
PvP however, you are lucky if you land on the LZ and not get shot by a camper in the bush ready to take your full inventory resulting you wasting your equipment and the time. Low player numbers also effected PvP a lot since you are usually alone aganist bots and it's hard to find any enemy players.
Bugs do exist more then acceptable. Not only gameplay but also game engine and graphical wise.

I would've suggested the game at the time they first relased. It was acceptable back then but close to none improvements the whole time made it unplayable with the player base that dropped dead faster then my character that just got spotted by a bot 0,0001 seconds ago.
