Bloody lovely game this is

I've been a massive fan of the tekken franchise since I was a boy so its with a heavy heavy heart that I have to give this a thumbs down.
It just feels like a slightly better looking version of Tekken 6 but not quite as good.
Yes its a good PC port, most of the game runs silky smooth and from what I found in the 2 hours of gameplay is that there are minimal bugs.
The biggest gripe I have with this game is that we have had to wait 10 YEARS for the next installment to be released and this is what we get. The single player story mode is weak, the character customisation looks foolish and apart from the story mode there is almost no offline playability.
And for the love of god, DO NOT PLAY THIS ON AN XBOX CONTROLLER! I tried with both xbox and ps4 controllers and my god the Xbox controller was abysmal, input is way off and its so much harder to do the combos in comparison to the ps4 which runs alot better.
Granted, i'm not the best at giving game reviews but I just feel horribly dissapointed that after 10 years of waiting this is what we got.
