i have 2 ways to make skins:
1. Open the trailer model with blender and extracting the needed UV Mapping templates
2. or just looking into Internet and download the needed UV Mapping templates :)
then you open the Gimp or Adobe and make your painting.
ofc all that need to be make like mod ... locate into the game mod folder.
sry but i dont have time for that :(

you cant add your own sound without replacing the mine
but it is OK if you wish that ...
just make a small mod only with sound files and keep it above the other
to make the sound you need FMOD
just goggle "howto make sound for ets2 with fmod"
