I'd imagine if Blade Runner was playing Video Poker at an arcade installed in a dingy bar, this is the game he would be playing. At it's heart, the game is DRAW POKER, but the tiers of increasing ante rounds, variety of decks, and starting modifiers make the strategy around the what kind of poker you want to play interesting every time.
