War.....War never changes...

The better of the recent Fallout Bethesda games. New Vegas takes everything Fallout 3 had and improves it immensely.

Guns have Iron Sights and bullets actually go where you're aiming most of the time (Depending on you Guns skill of course)

Reputation system makes a comeback from the classic Fallout games in this game, allowing you to choose sides and get recognized for that feat. Anger one side too much and they'll shoot at you on sight, become idolized with another and they'll start saluting you as you walk past them.

A lot of the story was adapted from Interplays canned Fallout 3 Van Buren game, and is very engaging and interesting.

The DLC is interesting but suffers from most DLC issues have nowadays as in it doesn't contribute anything to the main story, think of it as a bunch of mini stories with a tiny extra line of voice acting in the mojave added with each of them.

Companions are affected by your Charisma statistic to improve damage dealt and health. They come with their own perks that you get when that companion is active, and they're actually useful at times as well. They even get their own quests.

Mod support for this game is great and is still going strong, there is even a couple of mods that were made for Fallout 3 that were incorporated into New Vegas with great results.

I highly recommend picking this game up, you won't regret it!
