This is definitely one of the best games i have purchased on steam :). The replayability is one of the best points of this game, as every level/floor and room is procedurally generated, leaving you excited to what enemies and rooms you will encounter each time you play. The fun you can receive from this game for a measly $5 can easily outweigh some of the AAA titles you can buy for 5 times the price.
