Breaking company guidelines is my favourite pass time.

I'm really not sure where to start with this game, it is by no means the best resource management game out there, but that isn't what you play This War of Mine for, you play it for the narrative, or more accurately thematic elements.

Oxenfree is a game that I had originally brushed aside, thinking that it would be some "OK" game about some teens on an island. "OK" can't even begin to describe this game. This is the sort of gmae you have to just play, since it is both heavily story driven, and has some things that you just have to see for yourself. The story isn't some old and reused frame with a fancy IP slapped on top, it's something far greater than that. Most of the choices help to flesh out the world and the characters, without it seeming like information is being stuffed down your throte for no reason. The key choices don't slow time and turn everything into a dramatic mess, since the key choices are made up inside your head, and relate to how YOU feel about the characters.

Mechanically, it has a very interesting concept, which works well for the most part. The defult keybinds are somewhat annoying, but still work fine. It's overall a brilliant experience, that is well worth the money.
