The only way you got that level in the amount of events you have means that that save is old- from 2019 or 2020. Grid 2 is dead now, most of the time there aren't 2-3 players in a lobby. That prevents level build up.
You know how to find me. I still play Grid 2 every day......

I was also laughing the whole time, you obviously got mad when I blocked you. I earned my level with ~1000 races, dunno what are you on about with the cheating accusations.
