I really wanted to like this game I really did i remember when cubeworld first appeared in my youtube inbox with the big names at the time inthelittlewood and all the other big youtubers that was when i was in middle school now i'm a adult getting ready for my college years i was ecstatic when i saw wollay was releasing his game on steam but when i launched the game it just wasn't a improved alpha state of the game it was a bare bones recreation of what cubeworld was with region lock and skill trees removed and full of empty promises i can not recommend this game in good heart to anyone at its current state when wollay fix's his game to a state where it is enjoyable ill gladly change my review

an amazing build a ship fight the baddies game only thing i dont like is that if you build too good of a ship the enemy just surrenders i just want to invade and destroy everything

Deep Rock Galactic is gem in the rough by that i mean this game has actual polish unlike some early access titles.

so what i can tell from playing you are dwarfs in a mining company trying to mine resources and you fight alien bug spider things along the way.

the wonder of exploration i felt while exploring the caves was amazing i felt like i was finding something new 20 hours into the game. (that could be luck considering there are RNG elements in world gen and different caves biomes)

Pros

-the game has polish

-there are monthly updates

-you can unlock and upgrade new gear

-the game supports real teamwork to be effective its not a run in and mindlessly gun down the aliens stick together and work together

-the caves feel alien and realistic

Cons

-the missions can be on the longer side like 30 or so min to 17 from my experience (this could be a pro if your into longer experiences)

-you wont have as much fun with out friends so make sure you got some buddies to play with
