I sure would love to give a review on the product, but the game cannot be played.

Upen launching the game you are faced with and ugly, if simple, launcher. Settings are found here, and a play button. I opted to play at max, fullscreen. When the game started up, it was windowed. I could not make the game fullscreen, even though the option had been present and selected. I noticed the beginning cutscene rendered at 31 fps, which is fine. Many games render the cutscenes at 30, so no issue. The problem was the first gameplay. It is atrocious. Unplayable. Unforgivable. Even though the game ran at what I assume is a capped 60 fps, because honestly I could have been getting 200+ with my rig, the game ran choppy, slow, awful. It looked like about 5 fps. Ridiculous. I tried to run around to see if it would buffer out. But no. Consistantly laughable performance, with no hope at all of ever being played by me again.

So I paused the game, and what? Actual 60 fps performance? The only the thing runs well in this game is the pause menu. That is absolutely the worst. I didn't believe a PC port could be so bad, but this game has shown me that if little enough effort is put into the work, you can truly release a product not worth the title beta.

Do not buy this game. I don't know why there are mixed reviews, when they should be Overwhelmingly Negative.

Simply one of the best games to own on PC. If you want to explore what's possible through interactive media alone, then this game is the best thing for you. Spacial reasoning is meaningless here, only your ability to allow yourself to explore further and try new things.
