THE FIGHTING GAME FOR THE COMING YEARS
The good:
-Great for upcoming new players who are scared of getting into fighting games, this one is the one for you to get started
-Amazing roster
-Community support (Character guides, Combo guides, FGC, Mod support)
-Rollback Netcode

The bad:
-Not the best soundtrack

The ugly:
-It has monetization
-Battle Pass
-Some content is locked behind a paywall

Other thoughts:
You can play the base game without paying for any of the DLC or the battle pass, the only thing you will be missing are the upcoming new characters, if you think paying for them is worth it go for it, BALANCE feels good in this game for each character.
