I can kill both qusetions with one answer ~
There's a tool called the "Bodygroup Changer" that can, well, change the facial expressions of thr pkmn, change a Red TF2 Merc (including Dispensers and stuff) to Blu, etc. Look around in the workshop or on Gmod itself to find it.
