Absolutely fantastic game that came out of the blue, and I pray it gets recognition when it comes time for GOTY awards. I feel like I have tried many recent games these past years that try to capture that nostalgia of older genres while trying a new spin, yet none of them quite sucked me in like Hi-Fi Rush has. It only took me about a level on Gamepass before I knew I had to buy the deluxe edition, and I don't have a single regret thus far. The music, animation, characters, and gameplay all go together so great, and I am honestly having such a great time with the platformer/action and rhythm game mix. If you are hesitant, try it on the pass, but I guarantee that it's not worth missing as this game deserves so much praise.

Also, I love Robbie Daymond and his performance is great as always, so I may be slightly biased to love this game even further.
