I cannot describe why this game is fun, but, there is something addicting about growing your farm and buying new equipment. If you are looking at the steam page for this game then you are probably at least slightly interested in farming sim and all can say is that you should just buy it. The game has its flaws and some of the bugs can be infuriating (bale physics). However, there are hundreds of hours of gameplay in only the base game and with mods the number only goes up. Just buy it and put your steam account to offline so your friends aren't constantly asking why you would play a game about farming.
