If you own the first one you may like this one even more. Sure the dlc's are quite annoying, but they have improved the game in every aspect. Mods are not a must, but I highly recommend to install a few.

Like Diablo, but a bit more polished.

I may not be the biggest fan of the Total War series or Warhammer. However, when I saw the combination of these two I was sold. Even if it lack diplomacy and any sort of city construction, the battles makes up for it. The amount of money spent on dlc is quite disturbing, but ofcourse it is not a must. You can still play the game or get one dlc at the time.
