Early Access Review
Incredibly good game, even in early access, classes, perks and weapons are diverse and can dramatically change builds and play-styles, the enemies are well designed and you rarely end up in the "the whole screen is bullets this is actually impossible to not get hit" as long as you don't panic spam dodge. The increasing difficulty mechanic of picking what modifiers is nice and lets you ramp the game up in tandem with your skill level, and the meta progression is mostly just "nice to have" bonuses and don't end up trivialising the game once you have unlocked them. The game also sees updates regularly that add new content and change boring or unfun items/mechanics and so imagine will keep getting better but even in its current state its definitely worth the price

Ashes is the best stratergy game released in a long time. I previously played supreme commander forged alliance mainly playing 1v1 ranked. Though im yet to get into the multiplayer of escaltion yet as ive been familarlising my self with the factons and most efficient method however i quite enjoyed the campaign when played on a harder difficulty. Ashes has everything youd want in a good rts. Large scale battles and mutliple points that demand attention as well as a healthy dose of unit individualty that makes correct army composistion important. As well as mutlitple choices in play style and tactics with the added orbitals and upgrades requireing quanta. Overall id reccomend it to anyone who has a love of RTS
