Pretty cool game! If you like RPGs it's definitely worth getting this game. The art style and animations are all super solid and pretty looking, and the story is pretty good for it only being the first chapter. The small minigames are also really fun and don't overstay its welcome.

I think the only real con is that there's no way to speed up text speeds or skip dialog. It's great for a first playthrough, to ensure the player reads through the story, but when you're trying to 100% it can take a really long while to get through dialog to go back to searching for stuff, & it would be cool if you could speed up/ skip text after a first playthrough of the chapter.

I also somewhat wish there was more "puzzle" sections, and it would be insanely cool to have more click and point sections. (Both mixed together perhaps?)

Anyways TLDR; Game cool, art pretty, just needs small QOL adjustments.

This DLC is basically an I'm sorry for how messy SB was. It fixed every single issue we all had with the original game and I highly recommend playing this DLC.

I wholeheartedly think this is a massive upgrade from the first game. The first was sort of a walking simulator with fetch quests here and there.

In this one its completely fleshed out and a LOT better. They took a lot more care into the gameplay mechanics and actually trying to make the game fun. There's a better story and it makes a lot more sense than the first game. The bosses, while still just as easy as the first games, are still fun and have nice designs. If you liked the first game I'd recommend this one, as its just really a more polished and better version of the first.

There's also plenty of fanservice to those who played the first game :)
