Excellent game, one of the best Co-Op titles in a long time. Especially good that Sony backed off on the requirement for a playstation network log in.

Good balance of difficulty and plenty of difficulty options, lots of items, no time limited battle passes and also all things are unlockable without spending any extra cash which is rare and awesome.

Works remarkably well on Steam Deck, despite listing as unsupported.

I had fun playing around with this on PC, but with more powerful tools easily available it wasn't that attractive. However with how well it runs on the Deck I think I will be using this fairly often, as it is a fairly fun and simple way to do some music on the go.

Alright, lets get the easy stuff out of the way first. As is my experience with most Visual Novels, Planetarian runs about 2~3 hours long. I is completely devoid of options or alternate story paths, and starts a little slow.

That all being said, this novel is excellent, and absolutely heartbreaking. At the conclusion of the story I was quite literally brought to tears, quite a rare occurence for me. By the end of the story you fall completely in love with the characters.

I won't say much more to avoid giving spoilers, but if you have ever enjoyed a Visual Novel, then you should get Planetarian.

Very artful game. The world and setting was brilliantly thought out and executed, and the music was wonderful. Only showing adult characters through the shadows they cast was a clever play, and the story has some depth and complexity to it. Not the longest game, it only took me three hours to finish, it was still worth it and was a beautiful and challenging game.
