I wish I could recommend this as it's a Warhammer ARPG. That's a cool idea. But they got it all wrong here. You will play the game halfway through and run out of content entirely. Everything will be reused and you'll run the same 'dungeon' fighting the same monsters over and over. Speaking of monsters, they are cheap, or just a flat out joke. Like they took the variety of something like Diablo 3 and only took 10 out of 100. Bosses are nothing more than bullet sponges. It's just a travesty of a game that could have been so good. All that being said, on a surface level, the game is beautiful and the artstyle/soundtrack are pretty good. Just a shame there's no game.

Rather fun little deckbuilder but it definitely has some flaws. A lot of the wording is a bit...off. Maybe the Dev is ESL but it's only slightly annoying. The worst things are the 'Steel Nerves' encounters that force you to shoot a bullet every 10 seconds. In a game where it's all about creating combos and thinking things through, now suddenly you're punished for thinking things through. Twice now I've gotten them very early and quit the run due to how anti-fun they are. Which sucks, because the game is rather charming and has a fun 'Wild' West experience like West of Loathing sort of. It should lean into that absurdity in my opinion.

Do I recommend it? I don't know actually. A sideways thumb from me.

On its surface, it's a great game. But deeper down, you'll find a great game.

I really tried to like this game, but its so flawed as to be unplayable, at times. If you're expecting something akin to Dark Souls 1 or 3, turn away. This game is nearly nothing like the others except for a souls/estus/bonfire system. Everything else is off the walls, either being too easy, too hard, or just plain broken at times. And don't get me started on the PvP.

I wish I could like this game more, but every run is more or less the same and you end up using the same towers every time, more or less. Your runs can be easily messed with wierd RNG and you'll end up restarting a mission every now and then. Then you'll end up with not nearly enough credits, so you'll grind the same missions over and over. It's...decent? Fun for a couple hours. But it has little to no depth. And the multiplayer is dead.

I'm way behind when it comes to playing this game. I know I have the original boxed copy somewhere around here, too. So why haven't I played this amazing game?

I admit, yeah, it's dated as hell. The graphics aren't great. The player/NPC collision is absolutely stupid. It's incredibly easy to get overpowered, even before late game. It's running on a rather obtuse (to most folks) combat system.

But it's probably one of the best Star Wars games ever made. Fully voice acted, with love and care put into each line of dialogue. Tons of lore and backstory in between combat. Choices that actually matter. Two completely different endings, where you can even be the villain and not get ♥♥♥♥♥♥ over. And not to mention the amazing soundtrack.

I waited too damn long to play this game.

It's good.

This game is absolutely phenomenal. It's like the gameplay of Paper Mario but a million times better. Not to mention the variety of ways you can alter the environment to make things easy. They're like mini-puzzles almost. And the whole thing runs like a giant South Park episode.

I don't often call games flawless, but this game is close.

Get this game. You will not regret it.
