If you're looking to purchase a well-built game with minimal bugs, an extremely diverse gear selection, a map that never gets old, and all this within the "as-is" product, I can safely say that this game is not what you are looking for.

HOWEVER.

If you don't mind a little time spent setting up your own world of mods, I would absolutely recommend this title. The modding community for this game is genuinely incredible, with thousands of game-changing mods available at the click of a button (some assembly may be required). Having said that, the anniversary edition of the game makes using many mods (that don't come from the Bethesda Creation Club, if you are one of the sorry bastards willing to give Bethesda even more of your money) quite difficult, so do be warned, as you may not be able to achieve the level of polish you've likely seen online.
