One of the best games I've ever played.

The sound you make when you die is the best part

The game, while short, is a very solid indie game.

Pros:
-Models are very well detailed.
-Stealth mechanics are really tight.
-The difficulty is challenging, but fair.
-The tiger
-The use of the tranquilizer is very simple, so it's easy to aim and fire.
-Upgrades
-Hilariously, pretzels is the main of currency for the game.
-Funny quotes and references.
-It's free. :3
-Trading cards. :3

♥♥♥♥:
-Game is restricted with only one server, so you need to wait a looong time, just to get in the game.
-Despite the difficulty, the AI is still buggy, as the guards can see through walls if you're too close to the wall.
-There are times that the textures appear low-res, but is not much of an issue.
-You start off with little darts, forcing you to make every shot count.
-Upgrades for the tools are super expensive, and in each heist, you're paid with not much pretzels
-Sometimes your teammates can have a useful tool they have with them, but they end up dropping the item in an unreachable area, making it impossible to retrieve the item.
-The tiger appear only when stealth is ruined, and the tiger is very hard to shake off of, but it makes up for the challenge.
-Speaking of the tiger, the tiger is strangely immune to tranquilizers, and requires an upgraded tranquilizer dart. Again, the upgrades are insanely expensive, and ammo is very limited.

Overall, the game does have minor flaws, but it has the amount of potential to make it one of the best games on Steam!

Must I say, this is the definition of a game that's supposed to be like chores to most gamers, but is an experience.

I wish more lighthearted games like this would be on Steam.

I really, really love Undertale, ever since I played it until the end. And now that I got to a certain ending, I believe it's best for me to not disturb their peace anymore.

On to the review:

Gameplay: 9/10
The way the game plays, is that it allows you to either go play the game peacefully, or kill anything in your way, whatever fancies you. When you're being attacked, which in other games, you'd simply get hit, or sometimes miss. But in Undertale, you can avoid enemy attacks in a Bullet-Hell fashion. It does give you a better feeling of 'avoiding attacks', which in other games, you simply get hit, or if you're lucky, they miss or you block. The game even states the things that you've done in your previous save, even when you "reset" your progress. Not only that, but most of your decisions, including the enemy's fate, can change the outcome of the game. The only bad for the gameplay I can think of, is that it does get a little irittating to repeat the game over again just to see different results, but I can only say that as a minor thing, as there's not 105 endings or whatever, just only 3 endings.

Characters: 9.5/10
Most of the characters are funny, but are all well-written. Nothing much to say. The only downside is that I personally think that Sans is overrated, you know, the punny skeleton fella. He's not bad or anything, he's a great character, he's just... overrated. Again, nothing much at all. On to the next one.

Story: 9/10
Depending on what choices you did, you can go through the game with 3 routes: Genocide, Neutral, and True Pacifist. As the names suggest, one of those endings will trigger depending on what you do to the enemies. Genocide triggers when you kill everything, True Pacifist triggers when you don't kill any enemies, befriend all the characters and do certain tasks meet the requirements, and Neutral is to simply go through the game by killing few enemies, or no one at all, but not do any of the tasks. Unless you go Genocide, the game literally remembers EVERYTHING you've done, even after resetting the entire game. Would explain why and how, but I don't want to spoil too much.

Soundtrack: 10/10
Arguably, in my opinion, the best part about the game. There are a LOT of times where the music fits the mood in certain places. Remember the different routes? Well, depending on which route you go through, it will sound different. For example, Genocide will have a very eerie tone on most of the music. It's pretty good, and it fits in most of the moods, especially depending on your actions.

Overall, it's really good, but I feel as if the majority of the community ruined the game. Overrated is something I would say about the game, but it's just good.

Verdict:
9/10

It's not perfect, but it's really great.

Even if I did say it's overrated, it can be considered one of the best games in 2015. Not the best, but the most well executed game I've seen.

Also, 4th wall breakings :3

***This is an old part of the review for Resident Evil Revelations 2, look at the other bit of the review down below under this review. The general game is currently from playing the Switch version of Revelations 2***
The game is poorly optimized on average PCs, leading it to run really bad, and crash the game. It sucks a lot, because I am really excited to play this game

Grab yourself some good hardware for your PC, and you're good, it does not work on average PCs. I'm too lazy to upgrade mine.

***the updated review***
Soooooo, apparently, it turns out that the game DOES actually work; again, because my PC is pretty potato, there are some issues that happen. However, the issues are more or less unpredictable. It was able to run at a consistently smooth framerate, to make combat bearable, and the gameplay is just pretty awesome, being a heavy emphasis on survival horror as it's now trying to go for, unlike the other RE games, and even Revelations 1. However, graphical errors, such as pieces of the texture, flying everywhere, and sometimes covering my aim, can be annoying.

Unlike Revelations 1, where you can carry a large amount, yet limited amount of ammo and healing items, this game now allows you to have a proper bag space for the items to carry, from two characters. While you carry less ammo, healing items, and such, you're not restricted to carrying a certain amount of ammo in whole(example, you can carry 90 pistol bullets in total in Revelations, but you can't grab more pistol ammo, not because your inventory is full, but the amount of bullets you carry, is full. While in Revelations 2, you can carry more pistol ammo than you'd like to, it'll fill up space, and can waste spots for potentially more improtant items, which helps to make proper inventory management). With the healing items, especially herbs, you need to hold down the button to use herbs, instead of pressing the button, and healing you automatically, which gives you a bit more risk when using herbs, instead of being able to immediately use it, at the last second you get attacked, to heal before you die.

Gameplay has been changed quite a lot, compared to Revelations, and even other RE games. It still retains its survival horror elements, with a mix of action. However, in this game, the survival horror is a bigger emphasis instead, compared to Revelations 1, although not as emphasized with the survival horror to something like the original, or RE4. A new gameplay element has been added in the game; the ability to crouch. The crouch ability gives the player the ability to sneak this time, which in other Resident Evil games, you're not really able to sneak or crouch. This does allow the player to try to sneak past by an enemy, or sneak attack them. A kind of an interesting addition in the series, which can allow you to try to safely sneak by an enemy, whether to kill them or not, should you want to save ammo, without wasting ammo on shooting the unsuspecting enemy that can easily be killed with a stealth attack... unless that enemy is only able to take heavy damage from the attack, instead of being killed instantly, so caution is still needed.

The gun stats customization returns in this game from Revelations 1, allowing you to improve the stats of the weapon of your choice, in campaign, and in Raid Mode.

Ah finally, the game is fully released! Now to give in my thoughts...

During the times when I played the game, it was a breath of fresh air, compared to many of the other survival games many of them are trying to do. A survival game with no zombies, but in turn, has nature as the threat. And compared to zombies, the cold nature seems to be able to beat zombies, killing you slowly by nature, or quickly as you're being mauled by a wolf, and bear(if only there is a bunny that can do that as well, just when the game won't get any more unpredictable lol), is a possibly of when they'll come.

As the game starts to slowly improve, and along with the storymode released, I was able to get myself attached to the game for a bit. The missions in storymode can be at the very best, confusing. I was fairly rusty from not playing the game for about a few months, so I naturally had to relearn some of the basics of the game.

Thankfully, the storymode is able to provide some useful tutorials, for the people who are starting off and weren't playing the game during early access. Back then, the game didn't have a tutorial, and kind of wanted you to experience everything, which in turn does make the sense of accomplishment, once you found what to do, satisfying. The tutorial, while not as satisfying when you found out about it yourself, it can still make you feel satisfied, when you are able to do it, since the game is pretty hard itself.

The gameplay, is something that you'll get used to... for a while, since the controls are a bit iffy for traditional survival games, but it works. Once you get used to the strange controls enough, you'll be able to survive for a few days, should you know what you're doing.

Thanks to some improvements of the game overtime, it's able to make exploration a bit easier, thanks to it adding a proper map system in the game. Instead of being able to travel through the lands with ease, and have things appear on your map as you tread onto unknown grounds, you have to use a manual tool to slowly draw out pieces of the map, depending on the spot you're on.

The game itself also has somewhat of a horror side to it. While not directly horror, per se, but a feeling of it. Since there are not many friendly faces, and most of the time, the game is emptier than the map of Metal Gear Solid V, it does give a feeling of you feeling watched, usually by wolves. Combined that with you needing to watch your needs of food and water, keeps you on your toes.

Now this may not cover a lot on the game, since what I know about the game is really rusty, but is what I have overall. It's a great survival game that shouldn't be overlooked.
