Please DO NOT buy this until it receives a patch or an update. I played the Sims 2 so much growing up, but I can't honestly recommend this game in it's current state for the following:

- Game always launches at the lowest possible graphic settings, in 800x600 resolution
- Constantly crashing when Creating a Family
- Members of my Sims family have been deleted upon moving into the lot, including pets
- Crashes in build mode
- Crashes when going to a community lot, one crash ended up deleting the household I was using
- Freezing during loading screens

As much as I'd love to say this game is great for returning players and new ones, it has a LOT of issues that need to be fixed before I would say it's worth it your money.

With all the free content updates that come out relatively consistently for this game, it gives even players with lots of hours invested something to come back to.

Very cozy game. Nice way to pass the time, very stress free.

Tons of fun if you enjoy Animal Crossing or Harvest Moon style games.
