DOOM Eternal is the biggest celebration of DOOM's legacy to date, with advanced exploration and movement mechanics, the game never feels stale. The amount of detail put into the scenery is astounding as well. In the very first level, if you look of into the distance, you can see giant demon-spawn carrying satanic churches on their backs, which dropped my jaw to the floor. Not to mention the combat itself, the DOOM slayer has been equipped with a multitude of weapons, with even greater variety than his DOOM 2016 counterpart. my only gripe with this game is that the early game, due to the lack of guns, can be a little challenging, even with the chainsaw, when it comes to managing your ammo. I've also noticed that your melee attacks do no damage, though i believe this to be a bug that will be soon fixed in the future. All in all, this game is absolutely worth its price-tag, with hours upon hours of game play to rip and tear your way through. Highly recommended
