If this is a part of an additional $2 purchase, I highly recommend this one as it boosts progression significantly. For separate purchase of over $10, it's a scam, since those cars are purchasable by in game currency later on.

After 16 hours of gameplay (in my case), you unlock.

Overall, the game is a steal for its price at the release. It's not perfect (far from it).

Main positives:
1. Drive feeling
2. Difficulty which makes each race exciting

Main complains:
1. The game encourages driving and tuning multiple cars (which should be a positive thing), by introducing elite club races that have:
- 1hour cooldown in between races,
- Your car is pinned to the elite club, which you cannot unpin losing club's progress in consequence
- Each car class has 2-3 clubs, so to optimise you need to have that many cars to combat said cooldown.
The system would be passable if not for: low income economy, that actively makes the player broke for entire play through. The problem becomes much worse if our car turns out to be an expensive fail with a low chance of winning races. (If I want to sell a car that I've put $250k, I would have got $75k).
2. No online race matchmaking, with over 1 other player.
3. Deluxe edition's cars boost progression significantly, for an additional $2, almost a mandatory purchase.

I recommend if you are looking for a game with great plot that makes you feel something.

+ Satisfactory to learn with abundance of tutorials (for general game play and character specific),
+ Fulfilling ranked multiplayer experience, when the practice pays off,
+ Great for just chilling in Battle Hub to watch some wild live casual game plays.

EDIT: After almost doubling the time: my original opinion still stands true. Love the game!

In general this game combines good mechanics of its competition with own flavour. Story mode (right now) takes about 8-10 hours to complete.

Biggest flaw of this title is its matchmaking. There is no way you get to play with random players, because you can't setup public game for others to join... I don't know how it works(not as intended, thats for sure).

In general I recommend this game at the discount, because it has a great feeling and design.

If you miss Flatout, buy this game!

You want more info? Okay:
- It feels like a generic "blast from the past", that has great racing routes. (it feels good to play)
- Game features punk rock music made by less known artists, that bear feeling of Flatout series. (This is not coherent with music that our protagonist would listen, but some more hardbass music here and there would be more in climate of the presentation)
- Story mode takes about 11-12hours to complete at the 1st play through, with not much recycled content in it to prolong it.
- The story is simple, with a healthy dose of memes, that keeps us playing it, to see more. (this game shows the importance of the story in racing games)
-During Story mode we will get through 7 bosses, that each has a unique race and gimmick. (these are better than those in Forza Horizon 4 and 5, if you ask me)
- After the story there is not much more to do outside of secrets/easter egg hunting and completing achievements.

Overall, I say that it's a remarkable game made with passion, by a small indie team. Well spent 12 hours and $20. I recommend!

Quick, relaxing puzzle game that is illusion of city builder. Not much to say about it, You start your first island, put pieces here and there, then you realise that some hours of your free time gone by. I recommend!

In this game you will die, a lot. Megaman Battle Network series is like tutorial to this game. When you finally pull off your first legit run, the satisfaction goes through the roof! Worth to mention that this game has Steam Workshop support and fully functional Megaman Battle Network mod! Don't hesitate, get this game and get to the EDEN! I recommend!

This game is very similar to XCOM: Tactical, turnbased game with RPG elements based on %chance of succession. For the story perspective I recommend starting from This is the Police 2, because at start you get some nice easter eggs and at the end full story perspective(All I can say it's not bright heroes story, where everything goes great). Unfortunetly ,not much replayability here other than achievement seeking. Nevertheless time with this game is not wasted, satisfaction of pulling off the action is really there, 15+ hours with this game guaranteed! I recommend!

This game looks and feels amazing: Mechanics are easy to learn(about 2 races are enough, to learn), but bots arent pushovers, to win you have to be crafty and cunning. Powerups are well balanced, minor differences between teams(exception is team with Super Jump Boost, which is a bit OP in comparison to others). This is type of the game that you can sit with 3 other friends(even casuals), and after explaining whole mechanics and just 2 practice races, you all are having fun and some competition. We've had a ton of fun with it and you sure will too. I recommend it!!!
