I recently got back into playing this game after the BUE patch.Well,i can say these facts personally and publicly:
Pros:
+Good storyline
+Superhero theme on an MMO RPG
+Awesome graphics still for a 2013 game
+Devs give you plenty of free stuff and awesome events during the anniversary event and various marvel movie and tv series events!
Cons:
-The game after the BUE patch seems to be more difficult,the pace is slow,no new events,game modes(only saying that for people for over 500 hrs on this game including me and veterans who probably played this game since launch in 2013)
-The whole game has become a money grab,the devs only release new heroes that eventually get old after 3-5 days of playing,no new truly heroes with different kind of stuff that seperates them from other heroes except the name and voice.
-The new adjustments have been made to attract new players,primarily on the console port,Marvel Heroes Omega on PS4 and XBOXONE.The two platforms will be seperated from each other and many stuff will be on one of the two platforms not both and vice verca.
-They only develop the in-game store and implement new things to put in for people to buy stuff and actually force you to buy because you're probably fed up from the farming which gets boring.
-The game feels and is dead on steam as many players have been saying that and many have actually quit playing this game which is sad because:
I loved playing this game last year,for a while at least,the captain america civil war event was awesome(i got the cap costume from the movies!(Luck!) and later the anniversary event was great i got a bunch of team-ups as well.In general,this game was pure magic to me before the update!I don't really have the words to describe exacly but it was pure awesome playing this with friends!

I actually don't recommend this game to newcomers and veterans in general.I recommend playing Path of exile,as many people and some of my friends play this game which is very similar to this one but with better of everything!Hope the devs read these steam critics and revert this game to it's former glory!
