Vic Magnum entered Starfleet Academy in 2383 at the age of nineteen. During his academy days, he was recruited by an honor society. Graduating with a B.S. in Psychology in 2387, he was assigned to the U.S.S. Argo.

He rose quickly through the ranks and after only three months of active duty he had achieved the rank of Vice Admiral. His meteoric rise is one of the fastest in Starfleet history.

During the Medusa conflicts, he discovered millions of stable Omega Molecules and used them to close a rift to the Mirror Universe. Furthermore, he discovered a borg colony 10,000 years in the future which had evolved into chronitron energy and consciousness. He defeated the Greek Goddess Hera and her armada of starships. He also initiated first contact with the Klintharans. Later, the crew of the Fierce discovered a stable Einstein-Rosen Bridge or wormhole and used it to cross over into another universe.

Admiral Magnum was influential in the Supreme Court's decision to emancipate all the holograms in Starfleet. Also, as Ambassador, he made first contact with the Kuluxxian people and laid the foundation for future communications with them. He also made first contact with the planet Aeron in an alternate reality after entering a portal during a classified exploration mission. The Admiral had also discovered the ♥♥♥'Ihri of legend was no myth, and they are looking to shed blood.

While on a mission to Defera, the crew of the Fierce encountered the Vashtu Maranu, a time travelling species that alters timelines for conquering. The Q interfered and gave Admiral Magnum Q like powers to defeat the Vashtu Maranu.

After a long battle with an unknown species, the Admiral and his away team were unintentionally transported to the Barge of the Dead from Greek mythology, where they encountered a being named Arestia. She and her elite war priests were defeated in battle and Magnum assumed command of the Barge of the Dead.



Originally just a disembodied brain on the planet "Triskelion" Melllvar became bored. Using his brain...himself he was able to devise a method of placing a Provider Mind into a created body.

He was quickly enslaved and his discovery sold. Using his new body, he fought through the grueling gauntlet of the "Triskelion Games", eventually being freed when James T. Kirk encountered and defeated the 3 remaning Providers.

Long since forgotten, and ageless, he decided to enlist in starfleet. He considered them "His saviors", and since the old ways of "Triskelion" have ceased, they allowed him to bring back the games! Aside from numerous infractions involving gambling, drinking on duty, conduct unbecoming of a cadet, he passed his classes within 2 years.

During the Borg attack, Melllvar's transporter beam was re-routed to the mess hall of the USS Khitomer, due to a near by warp core breaching. He attempted to reach his crew, but soon realized it was his ship that had blown. He promptly reported to the Captian of the Khitomer, recieved the battle commendation of Lieutenant, and shortly after his own command.

Now he spends his time keeping the boundries and ideals of Starfleet enforced, along with his heading of the "Gamesters of Triskelion". While his games don't involve bloodshed, yet, according to him "They hold true to the spirit of the Providers, providing we are talking about me!"
