Blocky Ascent Review

Gameplay

Blocky Ascent has been one of the more challenging games I've played in the recent years; and although it's very frustrating and rage-inducing at times, it's extremely rewarding once you finally complete a section.
The gameplay is very reminiscent of Minecraft Jump and Runs, with smooth jumps and soothing visuals.

Visuals

Although simple, the visuals are striking in a very soft and relaxing way, making the hard gameplay a lot more enjoyable.

Soundscape

Relaxing music, soft tones, the perfect accompaniment for a challenging game.
