神作!!!

又一款精神時光屋的神作，自由度很高，如果你是個喜歡玩經營模擬類的玩家，那這款遊戲一定值得你入手
在這遊戲裡面你可以經營自己的城市，自己規劃電路、水管、區域之類的

優點
+可以模組化，去下載他人製作的物品，當然你也可以自己做
+可以當天龍國市長
+很多小細節都有做到，像是蓋水壩會淹水、郵輪會迷路等等的
+大眾運輸系統很有趣

缺點
-電腦太差就別買了去洗洗睡
-沒有新手教學
剛開始需要花點時間適應遊戲，自己上網找攻略、自己摸摸，但過渡期過了後，就可以發展一座繁榮的都市惹
