You can get addicted to the progression of this game, it's a dopamine rush every time you earn a bit of experience. Awesome gameplay, for a good time, be sure to join a platoon that has good communication.

This game made me nostalgic and remember about the degeneracy from my childhood days of playing CSS Jailbreak. It's a bit confusing to get into, but super fun when you start getting the hang of it.

The game is pretty fun once you get the ropes. There is for sure an initial learning curve, and it helps to have a friend that knows what they are doing to help you through that learning curve. Aside from that, there are Ubisoft shenanigans. This game is unfortunately one of the more niche titles in Ubisoft's lineup.

There are a couple of factors that have lead to new content being stale, namely the head director leaving (this happened a while ago), likely lower budget, and covid. When there is a new character, it is almost guaranteed that they will never get any new character exclusive content, and will get universal content, that being executions/emotes/effects that are available to the entire cast of characters. This means that newer characters will only have a set amount of character specific executions upon release. The older characters get to sit on a pretty nice pile of character unique content though, so that's nice

Supergiant Games has had a track record of making amazing games, and this is no exception. The art style is very interesting, and the music is excellent, Darren Korb knocked it out of the park. The most interesting part to me is how much character interaction there is between all of the gods. It's an extra layer of depth and detail that you wouldn't get anywhere else, definitely recommend.

Beautiful. The Tekken series has always held a spot in my top 5 fighting game franchises. In this game, the fighting mechanics are extremely intuitive, and I don't think it will be any easier to pick up the tekken series than now. All the attacks seem to flow together seamlessly. Would recommend fight stick for Tekken though. Or play the game on a pad with the claw grip, as it is necessary to perform a lot of the moves.

Pros:
+Excellent music
+Beautiful conclusion to the Mishima saga as advertised
+Fun mechanics and gameplay
+Noob friendly(?)
+Great to pick up if you have like half an hour to spare

Cons:
-No tutorial or trial system like in Street Fighter
-No proper arcade ladder and story ending for each character (There's like small character stories, but they are only one fight with a cutscene at the end, some characters don't even have one)

This game is awesome, but why are there so many damn crashes? Every time I crash, it asks me if I want to dump the log for the coders to figure out the problem, No man, this is the kind of stuff you figure out BEFORE you ship the remaster. I just beat the worm boss, but then the game crashed for the fourth time while auto saving. Under normal circumstances, I would have just redone the boss fight, but I ended up softlocking the game somehow, as the worm wasn't showing up, and was set back several hours of gameplay. Would recommend if game didn't crash so often.

This game is honestly a ride to hell and back, multiple times. But there is nothing else I could possibly recommend more to anyone, this game is a MUST play before you kick the bucket. The game is incredibly powerful in both gameplay and storytelling elements. The soundtrack matches the growing insanity of the people of the world, making it extremely immersive. Please, if you are reading reviews to consider buying the first Dark Souls or not, don't second guess yourself; buy the game, you won't regret it. This game tested my patience and resolve so many times, but the feeling of perseverence after defeating a hard area is well worth your while. I wish FROM software the best of luck moving forward, and hope they continue to push out great games such as this.

Pros:
Excellent story and well written characters
Intense action oriented gameplay
Multiplayer adventure
Hazardous PVP encounters

Cons:
Gamepad is a must-have in my opinion, PCMR, but keyboard and mouse just feel clunky in Dark Souls
Dark Souls was not ported over very beautifully, mods such as DSFix are recommended.
Multiplayer is a bit hard to get working, would recommend external vpn software such as Tunngle
The game's playerbase may be dying out due to the release of Dark Souls III, the true successor to Dark Souls, (what is Dark Souls 2? I've never heard of that before) so PVP encounters and white soapstones may be minimal.
