A good little time-killer, plenty of potential combo's for decks and challenging fights to plan for!

This gives me heavy Armoured Core: For Answer vibes and I rock with that.

Great concept, some things aren't explained fully. and despite trying to minimise injury/problem sometimes sometimes a 1% is a 100%. Main game play of training and watching units execute a plan to your specs compared to their skill is great.

After the upsetting experience that was Dynasty Warriors 9 Empires, this was a breath of fresh air.
The visuals are beautiful. the battles immense as always feel more alive, chaotic. it's certainly fun just to watch with the updated visuals.
The voice acting is a bit off at first but grows on you and is much better later.
The weapon variety isn't too bad, good options but would've like more.
Being able to see how you are viewed throughout the story is cool, being given titles like "King of defence" and "The warrior who stood up to the inhuman".
And the surprise of a branching story paths, that also have different story outcomes depending on your actions in/out of battle is a welcome sight.
37 Hours to beat 1 story, and then discover there were actual variations of story/battle outcomes depending on my actions? OHBOY, HERE I GO KILLING AGAIN.
Worth it's price. Hope any continuations of the series continue like this.

Early concept but it's going in the right direction! Updates and fixes happen fairly quickly.
It's quite fun to run your zombie survival plan for your hometown, and in most cases realise that your hometown isn't up to par for survival...Y'know moving towns doesn't sound that bad after a bad run...

Played on the previous steam version and before on the old launcher, totalling somewhere around a 1000 hours in total.

When in doubt, shield wall it out.

Musket is the superior melee weapon.

Animation/Audio/storyMultiplayer is a big jank but the core gameplay really gets dopamine goin. A CIWS as well as pilot-able Mechs is a good contribution to that. A good go at the FPS/RTS combo.

They fixed the server issues, for now.

After waiting for 10 years, worth. Even despite the fact it's kicking my ass.
