♥♥♥♥ this game.

So far I'm really enjoying this game. If you are a fan of the series, or just a fan of tower defense games in general, try this out. It's free to play, and worth the try. However I do have a few problems with this game, mainly the massive grind for not much reward. After you complete all the missions is the campaign, which it doesn't take much time to do, you just begin grinding for levels and gear on the same maps. Another thing is the gear drops. As of right now I just switched out a mythical shield, supposedly the second best class in the game, for a green powerful shield, the second lowest class in the game, because it was legitimately better. Personally, I don't like this. You get a ton of drops each round (thankfully they fixed that but it's still pretty bad). I get about 2-3 bags full per map, and I tend to rely on the colour-coating so I don't have to look through every item. But when I can't rely on the colour ratings, it doesn't make sense to me. Especially when that piece of equipment looks like trash. My shield looks like a piece of wood with vomit on it, and when I'm a fairly high level and have played the game for a while, I find it annoying. Again it's just a nit-picky thing, but I feel it should be fixed. Other than those two things though I find it a great game. If you can get past the grind, and bad drops, it's a great expansion to the already amazing dungeon defender's.
