In my opinion, the best of the Dark Souls franchise. The bosses are memorable, it has less hitbox jank than the previous two, and the controls are very tight. Combat feels fast-paced fluid. Game is a bit linear for my tastes at times, but there's still plenty to explore. It just doesn't have the same level of inter-connectivity as Dark Souls 1. It's weaker in some respects than the other titles, but its strengths definitely outweigh its failings.

The best game on Steam until the inevitable PC release of Bloodborne.

At this point I've probably dropped hundreds of dollars into this completely free game. All of it was completely unnecessary to progress. I regret nothing.

In my experience, one of the best games out there when it comes to co-op wave survivng combat. Lots of weapons, a great sense of humor, great balancing, and some very creative enemies are where this game really shine. Running off of unreal 2, as you can expect the graphics are not stellar, but the game's mechanics make up for it in spades. In my opinion, this game is miles more fun than Left 4 Dead when it comes to co-op zombies.

Amazing. A very pleasant surprise for one of my occasional ventures outside of my preferred genres. Only thing I could say is that I wish it were longer.
