The game has a lot of potential. Can't wait to see what comes in the future with this game. Fun to play

Even though this game is in pre-alpha I can't but help be addicted by it. Yes there are some fundemental floors in the build including zombies falling through floors and walls, but I still feel that this game achieves what it set out to. I find myself stuck with a decision... "do i shoot this survivor for his loot or speak to him". I have a pistol but I need a backpack and he has a nice one sitting on his back. As he runs into a church to search for loot I stalk him and watch from the doorway, I aim down the sights and he sees me! He goes to speak but I didn't hear his words over the shot I just fired into his chest. He drops to the ground and I take his things. In the world of DayZ this makes me a "bandit". But it wasn't as easy as just taking his things and leaving. I found myself thinking "was that the right decision" and "maybe we could have helped each other out". Now surely that is what DayZ is trying to achieve. Making us become immersed in the game and finding ourselves stuck with social dilemas. Some say survival of the fittest is how you survive this game, others say it's group work... but that's just it. It is entirely your decision, no one elses.

In the months to come this game will truly show its potential as it is developed and some of the bad flaws are fixed. I can't wait to see what this game becomes but as it stands I love it.
