Thank god i got my refund.

Man, The division. Such a rollercoaster of a game.

First off, to the people who are complaining about the graphics downgrade, really ♥♥♥♥ you. of course there's going to be a downgrade from what you saw at E3. Just like every other game ever showcased on E3. Downgrade was to be expected and we already saw it in the betas for ourselves. which you could've participated in for free.

And even tho this game was downgraded it still looks amazing. The scenery, effects and visuals is just amazing.

The story is The Division is actually pretty good, but the way it's set up and the way the player goes through the story is just utter garbage. From the character development to the main character, it's just stupid and bad. no real execution.
Don't even get me started of the bosses in this game. At one point I told my friend that if the main boss of this faction is just like any other boss for this faction, I quit. And of course the boss is just like any other. 3 weak points and terrible Ai, nothing that stood out about him but the colour of his clothes.

The voice acting. Don't get me wrong again. the voice acting is pretty darn good in this game. All the main characters voices fits perfect for their character. But the Ai on the other hand, I've gone through small 2 minutes encounters and i've heard the same line repeated from the enemy and friendly Ai atleast 4 times. How hard can it be to add another line of voice acting in this game? Also every single character seems to be named alex. because that's all the enemy is shouting when I kill someone.

Repetetive content. Well what is there to do in this game you might ask? Well you can play a mission. And then play it again on hard for a better reward, and then again on challanging for a even better reward. And there's about 15 missions you can do this with. Of course you have to be level 30 to play challanging, which is pretty hard to be honest.
And also at level 30 you unlock daily missions. This is where you start gearing towards your end game gear, so you can accually beat challanging without dying 50 times.

Dark zone. So far i've not been so much in the dark zone. but so far from what i've seen is that solo players are getting ♥♥♥♥ on while groups of 4 rule everything.
But the DZ has some pretty intense moment when you find your first High-end and have to extract it without dying, fighting of hordes of enemys while you're waiting for that chopper to come. Because losing that High-end is really a punch in the gut.

Conclusion.

The story had so much potential, but the execution was not right.
The missions fun but on the other hand the late game where you have to play them over and over again to get gear is just boring and dumb. atleast challanging is kind of good.
All the enemy factions are pretty bad execpt for the LMB. Those guys you atleast have to put up a fight against.
Voice acting is pretty good on main characters but when it comes down to Civilians and enemys. it's just repeated lines over and over again.
The dark zone, so far so good. but in a week? a month? It could just end up boring and repetetive, unless they come with frequent updates to the game.

Overall i'm having fun with the game but because the story itself is really bad and there's not much to it.
i'll have to give this game a 4/10.
Maybe there was some character development or just a story that was about you and not what was around you. it would be good. and then i'd give it a 8/10

This game is not worth buying at this stage, it's basicly a sitting duck. They've not made any progress in like, forever...
It has potential but they don't really take the time to upgrade the game or release anything new. So, don't buy this game because they will proberly never release it.
