A fun little card roguelike. The characters are fun and unique, and every game feels different. For it's price it's a good time sink, and would honestly be a great offline game on a steam deck. I don't know if there is any plans but this would be a great premium mobile game.

People complaining about the WoL not being the main character in this expansion have narcissistic tendencies and it shows. "What about me" homie we've saved the world numerous times, we've been to the EDGE OF REALITY. We don't have to be the main character in the story anymore, we've proven time and time again we are the strongest being in the universe. Being relegated to a mentor type character is the perfect transition and opportunity to introduce new characters and to set up the next 10 years of the game

Now, that being said, some of the writing and story beats in this expansion could have been better, I won't deny that. There are parts that are... lackluster. So if thats your complaint you're valid. But complaining we aren't the "main character" in the story isn't

If you don't care about the story, you're in luck because the dungeons and raids are some of the best they've done, not even a question.

Story: 7/10
Gameplay: 9/10
Overall: 8/10

I've been playing BG3 since it came out in Early Access in 2020. I knew it was going to be good even then when the game wasn't even close to complete. They have more than lived up to the hype. Larian is the GOAT of RPG games. Buy this game, don't wait.

Despite the performance issue, I haven't had a game grip me like this one for so long. It's been a long time since I've felt compelled to stay up til 3 AM playing a game, but the last two weeks of playing this magnificent game have done that.
I "finished" the game, but I don't feel done, I see this game being a 300+ hour game, with the different endings to see, PvP to do, I'm not even close to being done
If you love open world games, if you love Dark Souls games, if you love both of those types of games, you owe it to yourself to play this. It's that good.

Between the Xbox version and steam I've beaten KOTOR 2 around 12 times. It's that good.

Kreia is one of my all time favorite characters in Star Wars. She's so well written and literally any time she says something it's with purpose and adds something to the story.

While the Restoration mod is great to have, honestly even the base game is worth getting. They added so well onto what made the original one great, I especially love the existence of lightsaber forms

I liked KOTOR 1, I thought it was a fun game. KOTOR 2 surpasses it in everyway

If you had told me back in 2011 an indie game called Terraria would be my 3rd most play game on Steam 9 years later I probably would have looked at you funny, but the devs behind this game really cared about it, and it shows.
9 years of updates from an indie dev is unheard of, and even though they've said they are finally done, the game is still peak of what indie developers can accomplish with true passion

Borderlands 3 is a great continuation of what Borderlands 2 did right. There is so much loot, so many weird gun combos to try out, and so many ways to turn your character into a murder machine.
Despite recommending the game, the DLC's thus far have been lacking (I'll blame COVID but still) and the writing is arguably worse than the first 2.
If you enjoy shooting lots of stuff and getting cool loot to shoot even more stuff, you'll like Borderlands 3

Divinity 2 is probably the best turn based rpg on Steam right now. It has something for everyone that enjoys turn based combat.
Like a cool story that you control with your actions and one you can attack basically any NPC and kill them but not super good at turn based combat? Just play on story mode and enemies will fall over at the sight of you.
Prefer strategic turn combat where one wrong move can domino into your entire group getting wiped out? Turn it up to Tactician and watch the chaos, then try out For Honour mode after for an even more grueling experience
Overall, if you enjoy turn based combat or DND, you will really love this game and the ability to create any character or combination you can think of

Early Access Review
I'm going to start off this review of Hell Let Loose by saying it is not a bad game despite my negative review, it is however not the game for me personally.

I appreciate role based shooters. You pick a role and you play that role. I played TF2 for 4400 hours, Overwatch for close to 1000 hours, so role and class based shooters are for me.

The problem is my role i like to play in realistic type shooters is a sniper (I know, campers blah blah, I enjoy it and i'm better at aiming with a scope) and I appreciate them limiting it, but the issue is I never get to play my chosen role.

After playing for an hour, and trying multiple servers and playing all of the roles at least once, the only role I didn't get to play? Sniper. They are limited to 2, and whats worse is you can't even choose sniper unless someone is running around as a lone spotter because the game wont let you, so the only way to play as a sniper is to play with a buddy and have them play spotter and let you play sniper.

The game would benefit from a matchmaking system heavily. I'd even be ok waiting for awhile to play sniper, the time aspect wouldn't bother me, I just want to shoot people through a scope every once in awhile and I wouldn't be complaining
