Do not recommend at all. You'll get better value in a VR game from VR Nympho Trainer, and that game is horribly incomplete, but it has much better interactivity as a VR hentai game. Nobody gets a VR hentai game to get cucked by a generic main character that you can't even customize. The dialogue is mostly through text, which is hard to read in VR and on top of that the devs didn't even think to have the text box always face the user, so you can miss the story even when TRYING to pay attention to it. After unlocking the first 'scenes' which can barely be called that in the format they are presented, I refunded. The ONLY case in which I can recommend this is if you like watching from the outside, but in that case, just watch normal hentai, this is NOT a "VR" experience despite having a VR POV available. Might be better value for normal flatscreen users, but at this price, it's atrocious. I would not normally refund and in a lot of case I keep good H games where I feel a good faith effort has been put in, but this ain't it chief.

This is less a game, and more a series of movies with a single 'choice' but you can immediately rewind and try it the other way. However, as VR lewd movies get, this has some excellent content for me, namely, some good oral with swallowing rather than facial (I hate facials, I love swallowing) So for me this is kind of great, similar to how while I didn't like a lot of things about Nympho trainer, I was able to forgive it because of a good oral scene. That in mind, if you want a lot of variety, you might want to avoid this one, but I find it good.

A very short and easy hentai beat-em-up. My only major criticism is that there isn't nearly enough oral stuff, but the animation is good with a lot of variety for monster girls, including some slightly niche tastes like Centaurs, androids, and zombies. Gameplay encourages you to 'forcibly love' at least 100 girls to max out your attack power, but once you've done so, beating everything becomes a breeze. The only major change up in gameplay is a small section at the very end where you have to follow some directional inputs in a very simple 'quicktime event' so to speak. I still like the sound design (though some might be put off by the Japanese girl squeaks and whines, I always find them endearing) Though to be fair, you are an ugly bastard (orc) for the whole playthrough, which might be a turn off for some, but I enjoy it.

It's taken me 47 hours to full achievement the game. I like it a lot. The spell system makes you feel a lot of control over your builds even early on and with rerolls and other features you unlock, that control only seems to grow. The lore is sprinkled in lightly but when you pay attention and realize what's going on, it's a rather sordid story, though overall, really good, and not what I would have expected when I first got the game. I've had a blast and I'll probably keep coming back just to make more builds in the future. A great game that I can't recommend enough, on sale or not.

Lots of ways, this is better than the original 20XX, the game is incomplete but the soundtrack, level generation, and differentation between levels is better. Boss design is more interesting and fun. Looking forward to seeing how it comes out overall. The multiplayer already works really nicely too!

I don't know how many times I've died, but regardless of my continued failure this game is... ridiculously fun. I highly recommend it. The 'pixel by pixel' physics are really cool, the wand tweaking system is really cool, and sometimes, the fact that the game allows you to do other games would give you a warning about doing (like choosing to drink acid, or drinking swamp potion and barfing everywhere) make the game one that doesn't hold your hand in any way, and lets you feel like you really are exploring. My only mild complaint so far would be that there aren't more interactions with some objects, like, It would be nice to dig without trying to eat dirt, or jump into the minecarts rather than just kick them... maybe some rails for those carts to ride on. Things like that might be nice BUT.. that's my only minor gripe. I love a lot about this game and I look forward to seeing how it develops as things go along!

Okay so here is the rundown. The combat is very simple, but I wouldn't reduce it to ONLY spamming left click repeatedly the way that some folks would. If you utilize your dodging and special abilities, you can in fact, take out enemies well above your 'pay grade' so to speak, but enhancing stuff does help. The game is generous enough with resources that you can do a lot without paying a single cent which I have not so far. If you're disciplined, you can even earn extra Taimanin, but it will take some time. My team currently consists of Sakura and Yukikaze, because frankly they are the characters I like the most and I don't much care about the others either way. The game is a port of a mobile game, and so, you should expect a lot of grinding.

Also, despite the source material being Hentai, there is no actual Hentai to be found here. This is just a hack and slash. If I had to compare how the combo system works, it is very similar to Devil May Cry. While I've only played with the two I mentioned, there is a pretty significant difference in play style between Taimanin, though supports, I don't fully understand yet.

The game's tutorial gives you an idea of what to do to play but it doesn't really explain a lot of the systems in the game. I still for the life of me have no idea what the Magitama even does.... I know if you upgrade stuff you get better stats, and there's a lot of little waiting games to upgrade stuff but you will need extra supports to man some of the stations. Or woman them, I guess since there's no playable dudes that I know of yet.

While the game is pretty simple, if you like playing casual stuff, and you like watching some neat looking mini cinematics, this may appeal to you. There is a LOT of recycled animations and assets so it may get repetitive. You may also enjoy this if you just like games where you can collect girls, even if you can't 'do' anything with them other than make them fight. The voice acting is nice (even if you may not understand Japanese fully) and you can tell that the actresses are giving it their all. If you've played the lewd source material, you'll be pleased to recognize that the voice actresses are reprising their original roles.

Pros:
Visual Appeal. The animations are smooth.
Fluid combat, super responsive controls.
Hot Ninja Waifus
Some pretty fun boss battles if you get to the 4th main storyline and up.
Some skill actually required for certain stages.
A rocking, but repetitive soundtrack.

Cons:
Gacha Mechanics. You know what it is.
Repetitive. You're gonna grind a lot.
Unclear mechanics.
Maybe tricked you into thinking it's Hentai when it's not.
I want to date the girls even if there's no Hentai. Especially Yukikaze and Sakura.

Overall Verdict:
If you like the lewd stuff, or just like Sexy Ninjas, and want a decently fun Sexy Ninja game, give it a shot. You might have fun. I enjoy it myself but I get why some folks might not enjoy gacha mechanics alone, or, for that matter how some folks judge it for being Hentai. Seeing a non-hentai Anime of Taimanin would actually be cool. I hope Lilith doesn't shy away from making more non-hentai content with some of it's best Characters. I wonder if they can make a magical girl thing with the characters from Tentacles and Witches, but I can't think of a title other than "Action Witches." Off hand.

This game is like Fortnite, without the building, and in 2D, however, it has an adorable cartoony aspect, and will probably run on a toaster. There's a lot of heart in the animations and the community is one of the least toxic I've ever been in in a BR style game. I can't believe I only discovered this game recently when it's apparently been going since 2018. I hope it continues to grow!

I bought into the game without knowing about the hype, and I in fact, am an old pre-order, but I only 'liked' the game initially. However, playing it in VR is a COMPLTELY different experience from playing the base game. i would even say that it is, in effect, a completely different game all together. If I had to give it a base rating, the normal game is a 7/10, but the VR experience, especially with a Valve index, is a full on 9.5/10, and my only complaint is a few tasks feeling a little janky before you accomodate to them. Before VR I had only maybe clocked in around 40-50 hours over 4 years, and now that I have VR I'm playing near constantly.

I love this game. I play it a lot. I've played it a lot. I will keep playing it a lot.
