Your now my new favorite proson on Steam or at-less one of them but I guess beside the reason or reasons why I said that yes those ruins on the floor are magical traps as I found out assuming you still play Skyrim like me. Unfortunately for the both of us I can't tell witch ones are traps and witch ones are none magical traps and the reason why I said that is because I walked across one I think it was one while in a dwemer ruin and it didn't explode (in my face) as you put it so be careful.
