-Saw most of my acquaintances get murdered
-Fled naked in the forests from said murderers
-Got helped by an old hermit lass
-Went flower picking for her.
-Buried two dead bodies for her.

This game is brilliant, cathartic escapism. I recommend without pause.

Why would you want to mow virtual lawns I hear you say?
Mowing's a chore, why would you play a game like this?

It's hard to answer these questions without actually playing the game, but let me say...

The game taps in to something about you as a gamer.
Call it O.C.D, anal retentive, completionist addict or just escapist nerd.
As you mow, you are in pretty countrysides, Manors and Smaller Suburban Mansions - you get to take in this life.

Its just so..relaxing. There's enough game here to require your attention and skill (and the challenges if you're really into it will kick your ass!), but the general career is accessible, fun and infinite. Your business can keep running as long as you want your career to prosper.

The Devs are honest and have always been clear about what was going to be and not going to be part of this game. Its a 20-Dev studio, and quite simply, with the polish and look of this title - they have outdone themselves.

The game has had a few bugs here and there that have since been squashed and it is heavier on the specs compared to say the old Farming Sim Games, but this one's a keeper.

Finally, the game is also a great "second-screen game". If you like to relax and have a TV show or film on a 2nd screen, this game is great for this. In terms of Sims, its up there with Euro Truck Sim and Flight Sim in it's accessbillity and relaxing demeanor. But there is something raw, more grounded. More close to home with lawn mowing, that I just cant stop playing.

300Hrs and still loving this game. 9/10.
