Dark souls 2, the most unappreciated souls game. As far as I can tell, souls fans hate this game. Well , I'm not much of a souls series guru, so I started from this game since it is the cheapest one amongst all of them. After playing 5 minutes, I understood why people tell so much about how hard souls games are. But it is like tobacco, once you taste the satisfaction it gives , you cannot quit so easily. After trying a boss for days and failing miserably over and over, it makes you wonder whether you are a masochist or not. Even if not the bosses, areas are pretty hard as well. Sometimes, you have to just say yolo, and run for your life! All I can say is be careful about armored turtles. Boss music is fine, not as good as ds3 though. My favorite one is the Smelter Demon. Graphics are good if not perfect. Everyone else complains about bugs, but I have never run into one. Instead of buying the SOTFS version, which is WAAY harder, you can buy the casual version, which is far easier than this one with fewer enemies.

-Levels look all the same after a certain point

8/10 i would definitely recomend it to a friend
