TLDR: Game Good but too many unfixed softlock/Gamebreak Bugs that never got fixed.

Game is fun, Combat can be either great or infuriating based usually on a scale of how many enemies there are - It throws this really annoying time slow mechanic on any time any of them do much of anything that just means it takes *forever* to fight your way through a group.
There is apparently a mod to fix this, But i've beaten the game now, Woops?

Too many dumb ass peasants running under my horse, I keep getting accused of murder and i don't even do anything, Usually i'm not even sprinting, Sometimes just getting on my horse next to them is lethal.

Overall, HEAVY Negative review because there is just too many game breaking bugs that result in many many ways to softlock your game, I played it originally not too long after release but all these exact bugs kept me from enjoying the game, I forced my way through it to the end but i'm extremely disappointed that after all this time, They are still here, they have never been fixed.


EDIT 7/2/25 - I have been informed by a friend that Captain Bernard is supposed to be available for training at the arena outside Rattay to learn new skills, Such as Master strikes.
He was asleep for my entire playthrough outside of story cutscenes, and i had to cheat mod console kill him at the end to make him ragdoll and stand back up to even talk to him once.

Good game but the fact act 3 of the game is still so incredibly janky and buggy after all this time is a disaster, hence why i'm leaving a negative review! And the fact it's not really talked about does a massive disservice to the game and other players.

Co-op with two friends we can barely go three minutes without something breaking or bugging out, Travel buttons disappearing for 2/3 players, Shadow dice just vanishing instead of rolling a number, softlock in conversations requiring a game restart & not entering the conversation to listen until after that point, Up to a minute long pauses when summons happen..

It handles singleplayer better, This is for Co-op.

Awesome time travelling puzzle game, Only a few hours long if you don't waste time licking frogs, or get annoyed at the annoying remote control car driving mechanics..

I do recommend it.

Because you should wait and buy the remake releasing sometime late 2024, Currently September! It's called "Wanderer: The Fragments of Fate" And i highly recommend just waiting for that to come out, It's not just a remake, The screenshots also show places, items and events that simply were not in this game, I will be looking forward to it!

Bought this game on release for Co-Op with two friends, as it was advertised as having co-op, We are profoundly disappointed with how the Co-Op works, No voting on chat options, No create a character (at least unless you and the host work together to create a custom mercenary that the player can use as their own) and on the ship, players cannot do anything, They get no characters to run around and chat, or explore the bridge, They just have to sit there, wait and watch as you play the game alone occasionally.

We did not go into this expecting even BG3's fairly good implimentation of Co-Op, and definitely not better, But we feel pressured to just skip story and dialogue with companions at all of the times when we cannot play the game together, se we just stopped and started playing it solo.


I love Warhammer, And i enjoy this game regardless, But for the extreme joke that resulted from a promise of Co-op, And it being the main reason the three of us bought the game, I refuse to recommend it.

Very pretty game, Big issue though throughout my whole time playing the game, as much as i just hoped it was in the tutorial, It isn't..

This game steals your camera and controls away way too often, for way too long.
I really hope the devs fix this, It's beyond annoying.

I Genuinely love this game, I've had no bugs, no performance issues, And since i've played DD1, I know that the things you can buy for microtransactions are just earnable in game, quite easily in most cases.

But god, the save system is just terrible.
Manual Saves and Auto Saves are the same, Wanna Save the game, try something and reload? Too bad, the game auto saves the moment anything happens of note, For my most recent example, Quest NPCs chase a saurian into the river and die to brine? Auto save. So you Gotta go back to your last Inn rest, Which wouldn't be so bad if it included camping too, But it does not, So if you're on the move a lot, You can easily lose hours of time.

I have wasted hours and hours already on this game redoing things i already did because something stupid happened and the game just saved over it immediately, Like... Can you just not?


PLEASE. Fix the save system, Having one character slot is fine, But at least separate a manual and auto save slot, and add Camps to last Inn rest save!

This game is a little rough around the edges, having some translation problems, But you can pin that down to an inexperienced developer, The game itself Is awesome and definitely stands out as one of the best in the far-too-small world of Co-op puzzle games, with an interesting world concept, a spooky almost horror atmosphere that leaves you jumping or hiding behind desks at the buzzing of drones, or the binary scream of a screen going static, with fun and sometimes difficult but very cool puzzles that require time and thought and don't leave you thinking "Wow, I'm dumb, why did that take me so long to figure out?"

I Sincerely hope they add more to this game over time, whole extra missions roughly the same size as the main one added in the future, even as DLC, would turn this game into a masterpiece that i can definitely see putting this developer on the map
I know i'll be recommending this to my friends!

Game is really fun!
Performance not great, Have to disable lots to even hit 30 frames, Computer Not terrible, VR Capable at least.

So, So far so good, i guess.

This is one of a rare breed, a Vampire Game, How many of those do we get? Not many! How many good ones? Good luck even filling one hand with answers. This game is good, it has great potential for an early access game, It's a little rough still, and definitely going to be gaining as many bugs as get removed, if the last patch is anything to go by, But this is the kind of game that makes you feel like the bad guy, It gives me the same feeling i got when i was playing The Overlord series back in 2007-2009, And i love it.
