I love this game. But I really wanted to adore it. It feels like had it cooked in the oven just a little longer or been fleshed out more post-release, it could have been the best deckbuilder roguelike on the market.

A general lack of content across the board (starting companions, variation in starting heroes, tribes, encounter variance, etc.) makes it fall victim to repetitive gameplay loops.

Wildfrost is a refreshing and delightful entry in the genre with a charming aesthetic and sound design to put 10-30 hours into overall, but leaves you wishing for more when it starts feeling stagnant.

I'd consider it a worthwhile buy on sale, but I slightly regret being excited enough to purchase it at $25.99CAD.

If you enjoy building/management games, buy Prison Architect on sale when it's under $20. The amount of hours you can get from the base game is well worth it. Even with bugs it still provides an enjoyable experience when you're not desperately trying to fix them.

DLCS? Overpriced content that should've been free updates given the $34CAD price-tag on a 10 year old (originally) indie game. Despite Paradox attempting to turn PA's development style into The Sim's, the DLCS are not worth the prices. Support your local modders that provide endless content for free!

Insanely hard and maddening, but enjoyable at the same time. The soundtrack and animation is wonderful.

This game, is simply, amazing. Funny add-ons and maps, fun-to-play gamemodes, and talented creators! I'd recommend this game to A-ny-one!
