tl:dr - Gun Interactive Sucks

Played this game on a free weekend. Game immediately crashed after stalling on the scrolling wall of text & it told me to validate my files. I did so, everything validated successfully - reboot the game, wall of yellow text freezes again, lags, goes backwards (for whatever reason) and then crashes again. I knew from the first second I saw the Gun Media logo in the trailer a year ago, this game was going to be a horrendous mess considering their absolute failure the way they handled F13 and that IP. I am so glad I never actually spent money on this game.

Played on the free weekend. Constant errors with Easy Anti Cheat.

Too many bugs to be fun consistently.

There needs to be a more detailed "Objective" such as "Find the Farmer in the field/barn/house" instead of "Find the Farmer". Or something like "Find something to open the door" to "Find the crowbar."

I enjoy not having a UI and I enjoy not having highlighted interactable stuff. But it's annoying when I don't know what exactly I'm supposed to be doing. Like I said I got stuck maybe 20 minutes into the game trying to find the farmer because 1. My sprint is low, and 2. I don't know/remember where I'm supposed to be looking for him.

I'm also not really a fan of having to spam my F key to use a flashlight. If that was more of a 'tap F' every 5 or 10 seconds to get a full charge on it, that's fine, but I really don't enjoy spamming F.

I think the main thing that needs worked on is adjusting the objective description and making it a bit more clear what we're supposed to do when. Was really looking forward to this but I think I'm going to return it and wait for a bit more updates.

Edit: Made the review positive as the developer seemingly has been listening to feedback and making positive changes.

This needs way more missions for this to feel like a full game. Increasing the difficulty twice on 3 missions shouldn't count as 6 additional missions. Aside from that, really fun game.
