I've played for an hour and a half and I'm frankly already hooked. I'll give a proper review once I've beaten the game a few times.

Why is it that I can barely keep 60 fps, with a 3070 TI which exceeds the recommended requirements, only for the game to look like blurry messy garbage, that looks worse than Just Cause 2?
Don’t buy this game. It is a complete disappointment. Don’t upgrade for this game. Stay away.

The gameplay loop is insanely addictive. I have played hours a day since I got the game, and I have a full time job and am a college student. whoops. It's more fun if you have friends, but still fun, if not harder and lonely, without them.

My advice is to just not hesitate to buy the game if you hate violet and scarlet. I am still genuinely pissed about that game which is worse in every way.

This game is not what it used to be. Valve doesn't care about it, or the thousands of bots plaguing community serves, doxxing and threatening users who fight back, and using their botnets to idle item drops. Team Fortress 2 has been failed and left to die. Don't waste your time here, unless things truly change.

Don't be fooled by my hours on steam- I used to play Trove without steam for a long time, and I probably have around 2-3,000 hours. This game was incredible back in the day, but that's the exact problem. It used to be amazing. Now it's an RNG grindset littered with microtransactions, and half the classes you can't obtain without either grinding for hours on end or caving and paying. The developers do not care about it at all. Trove used to be amazing because it was a passion project shared between the original team at Trion. You could feel the love put into every dungeon and seasonal event. Now it's a shell of its former self, with even worse servers than before, and Gamigo effortlessly throwing micro transactions at it in order to make a quick buck from its barely active playerbase. An MMO Action pixel RPG dungeon crawler with a fun and simple combat system now devolved into doing the same dungeons for hours trying to get an item that has a 1/500 drop rate. Horrible.

If you like Hollow Knight but always thought "Making yourself feel insanely OP and get dunked on by bosses anyway" was a missing mechanic from the game, you've found yourself a game you NEED.

Amazing sim, great vehicles and maps, beautiful gameplay. Some optimizations are needed, otherwise, runs great. Real life driving skills are transferrable to the game- that says a lot about the quality of the physics.

Game is fun until you go online and get gaslighted by characters whose toolkits remind me of batman's f**** utility belt

You will die, and often, only the gods will know why. They will also often be laughing at you and calling you names.
